Original mixed media piece on heavy cold press watercolor paper. This is the twenty second in an ongoing series. \r\rThis particular piece is the first in a larger format for this series. #22 contains pastels, watercolor, pencil and paper piercing, in painstaking time and detail.\r\rI am so inspired by this series. The idea came to me as I was thinking of ideas for my "page-a-day" book. I was in bed falling asleep when the original idea came to me and I had to hop up out of bed and sketch out my idea real quick. The next day I made my first one and I've been making them ever since. The concept is concentric circles in a very loose, organic format, sometimes not even circles or not even complete.
