This is a Vintage Hand Painted Numbered Tile with Roses. It measures approx. 15 X 9 1/2 inches. Good Condition with normal age wear. It does have a few corner paint flicks and nicks. Hand Painted and numbered on the back. Dc 1312 and inscribed 38/24 I am assuming that it means only 24 of 38 made. If you have any more questions please ask before you purchase. I ship to the USA.
